Bibimbap Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cooked rice
- Spinach, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms (seasoned and sautéed)
- Egg (fried or raw yolk)
- Beef, chicken, or tofu (optional)
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- Sesame oil and sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Prepare the rice and set aside.
- Season and sauté each vegetable separately.
- Cook the protein of your choice.

- Add a fried egg or raw yolk in the center.
