Bibimbap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice
  • Spinach, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms (seasoned and sautéed)
  • Egg (fried or raw yolk)
  • Beef, chicken, or tofu (optional)
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Sesame oil and sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rice and set aside.
  2. Season and sauté each vegetable separately.
  3. Cook the protein of your choice.
  4. Place rice in a bowl and arrange the vegetables and protein on top.
  5. Add a fried egg or raw yolk in the center.
